Order Processing and FulfillmentAll orders are fulfilled from our warehouse in Rochester, New York. We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST on weekdays or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.International ShippingWe ship to most countries worldwide. International orders may take 7-21 business days depending on customs clearance and carrier. Please be aware of potential import duties, taxes, and fees, which are not included in the shipping cost and are the buyer's responsibility.
